Packer Flex

Flex packers are the ideal solution for the rehabilitation of circular pipes from 100 to 1200 mm diameter ensuring the regular flow of water.

The Flex packer is used for the localized remediation of domestic drainage or sewerage with a circular section with a diameter between 100 mm and 1200 mm diameter.

The peculiarity of this balloon is the presence of an internal flexible tube called a by pass to ensure the regular flow of water inside the pipe.

Equipped with an internal flexible tube to drain the fluid flowing in the tube, ensuring the regular functioning of the network.

Different length and working pressure to cover the widest range of solutions.

Manufactured with a special rubber reinforced with resistant fabrics to ensure flexibility and durability.
All metal parts are made of corrosion resistant materials!

Each Plugy is equipped with a quick coupling for connecting the inflation, deflation tube and rings to facilitate introduction and anchoring.

On the metal heads are mounted wheels with an angle of 120 degrees. This prevents the packer from overturning during positioning as well as facilitating the advancement of the balloon to the point to be healed.

Homologation test Testati ad una pressione di 1,3 volte superiore rispetto a quella di utilizzo prima di essere omologati
Working temperature From -30°C to70°C

Applications

Localized remediation with packer system of pipes from dn 100 to dn 1000 mm ensuring the regular flow of water inside.

Use

The packer balloon is used in combination with fiberglass and the mixture of resin and hardener.
The quantities of materials are calculated proportionally based on the diameter and condition of the pipeline.
Application to the packer of a portion of fiber previously impregnated with a mixture of resin and hardener.
Insert the packer into the tube, connect the inflation tube and load air using a pressure gauge. Connection of the inflation and deflation hose with locking mechanism to prevent accidental release
