Cutter for reopening connections after Relining. To be used on pipes starting from 80 mm diameter. By means of extensions it can work in ducts starting from a diameter of 200 mm.
The piston cutter is made up of a portable power-operated motor unit and a thrusting multi-cable with milling head.
The heart of the cutter head has an interchangeable cylindrical knife.

Use
Unwind the cable by stretching it to make it assume a shape as straight as possible to be able to maneuver it easily. Note that it is still possible to use it with the reel wound.
The cutter is activated by pressing the switch. To stop it immediately, simply release it.
Fix the camera on the cable to have a clear view when milling.
Insert the cutter inside the pipe and rotate it to position it in the center of the connection to be reopened.
Press the “clockwise rotation” key until the drill cuts the sheath. Press “anticlockwise rotation” to make it go back on axis.
Continue to drill the holes by working in the vicinity of the hole you just created.
