Two-component polyurea resin for the rehabilitation of waste pipes with Spray liner system o with Brushes

 

Polyurea resin to be mixed with a suitable hardener in the ratio 100: 35.

Cold spreading using a rotating brush and Spray liner system. Hardening time approx. 15 seconds per layer.

It adheres perfectly to any type of substrate: cast iron, lead, fiber cement, fiberglass, PVC pipes etc.

It improves the flow of water inside the pipe resulting in less pressure loss

No adhesion of solid residues on the coating

High resistance to wear with abrasion

Water permeability: no penetration

Applications

Risanamento spray liner or with brush

Use

Load the two internal tanks of the Spray liner system with resin and hardener. Insert the pair of cables inside the affected pipe. Resin and hardener come out in the proportions set on the system touch screen. Cold brush the product using a rotating brush or with spray. Apply multiple layers of resin depending on the diameter and condition of the pipe. Each layer must be spread after the previous one has dried
