Two-component silicate resin with cold application on glass fiber
Hardening time: from 45 to 120 minutes depending on the resin used

Types of resin: S, W, W01
S is the “summer resin”. Recommended for use at higher temperatures.
W is the “winter resin” for processing at lower temperatures
W01 is the highly reactive “fast resin”

Applications

Packer rehabilitation

Use

Mix resin and hardener in the correct proportions.
Pour the product obtained on the glass fiber and begin to spread the resin evenly on both sides.
Apply the impregnated glass fiber on the Packer flask and insert it into the tubing, positioning it in correspondence with the slot.
Inflate the balloon.
Wait for the polymerization times
Deflate the balloon and remove it from the pipeline.
