A portable and easy-to-use system for restoring/rehabilitation domestic and block of flats drains from dn 40 to dn 200 mm using spray liner or repairing with spray and brush
The Spray Liner system applies the cold resin and spreads it through the rotating brush or by spraying it, assisted by videocamera, creating a particularly smooth (liscia) and viscous surface, also favoring the flow (scorrimento) of waste water.

Internal system
It is specially designed to preserve the resin and hardener inside two distinct tanks and maintain a good viscosity of the products
It works a few minutes after switching on by means of the touch screen or a remote control.
The mixing and pumping systems are integrated into the Spray Liner Machine.
Touch screen monitor
By touching the screen monitor you can give control and programming instruction. Hardener and resin levels, components pressure and internal system temperature can be constantly monitored.
The monitor shows the percentage of the base product and the hardner, the quantity of mixed product in grams, the levels of the two tanks in liters and the pressure of the outgoing products in bars as well as the internal temperature of the machine.
By means of the touch screen it is also possible to set the acoustic alarm in case of exceeding the minimum or maximum pressure threshold, the minimum level of product left, the minimum and maximum temperature of the machine.
Sensor
A special sensor inside the machine constantly detects the internal temperature of the system and stabilizes it thanks to a suitable fan.
The activation of serious alarms blocks the functioning of the system.
Operation
A pair of cables is connected to the system, one for pumping the resin and the other for the hardener that pour out in the proportions set on the touch screen.
The system is designed for the use by two-component polyurea PU-VX resin
The system can be combined with the flexible cable at the end of which the rotating brush is installed, which evenly distributes the resin inside the tube.
Applications
The Spray liner system is applied in all those particular cases in which the rehabilitation relining is difficult, namely:
– Columns with laces
-Braghe, connections T, Y
-Curves (also at 90 °)
-Pool pipes
-All the connections inserted therein
Employments
The system allows the rehabilitation of the internal wall of pipes through spray or brushing the polyurea resin with hardener, assisted by a camera.
Before proceeding with the rehabilitation, the piping must necessarily be cleaned using a rotary cutter.
The rehabilitation must be done in reverse.
The combination of resin and hardener dosed and dispensed by the Spray Liner system are spread evenly by spray or thanks to the rotating brush installed at the end of the flexible cable.
Multiple layers of resin must be applied depending on the diameter and condition of the pipeline.
At the end of each application, the rotating brush must necessarily be cleaned by centrifugation for a few minutes.
The application of each layer must be carried out after drying the previous one
