The dye is the fastest solution for finding water leaks. It is called Trax fluorescein because this powder when diluted in water takes on a fluorescent green color. The 3Meta UV torch is able to identify the dye that is often not detectable with the naked eye. How much fluorescein to use?
Fluorescein should be poured in very small quantities into the drain or into the pipes that carry water. Up to 5 grams are enough to color 10 liters of water!
Run the water. The fluorescein colors it green.
With the 3Meta UV torch you go to point the light at the mold or damp spots on the wall or in any humid point to intercept the leak.
Fluorescein decomposes within a few days.
