Applications
RELINING
Avoid washing the resin
In case of groundwater deposit or water infiltration, the preliner avoids the washing of the resin during the polymerization phases.
For liner protection
During the compression phase of the impregnated Liner against the damaged wall of the pipe, the sock is not damaged as it is protected by the preliner.
If portions of piping are missing, the preliner is necessary as a base for the liner, preventing excessive swelling.
To stop resin leakage
If the host tube is damaged, the preliner prevents the resin from escaping outside the existing pipe
Use
It is installed in the pipeline by pulling or inverting it and is positioned between the pipeline to be restored and the impregnated sock.
In this way, during the compression phase of the impregnated liner against the wall, the liner will not be damaged and therefore it will be possible to proceed with the polymerization process.
